Flexible bedding

All four bedrooms have King beds that can be split into 2 single beds. Making Bright 29 perfect for a single family, two families or a group of friends. The fourth bedroom is a newly renovated cottage separate to the main house.




Designed with Bright in mind

Multiple decks and a large back yard will entice you in the warmer months. The 2 combustion fires inside and the outdoor fire pit will draw you together in the colder months. The split systems in the bedrooms will ensure a comfortable sleep.




New bathrooms

Two recently renovated bathrooms allow you to refresh after your walk, ride, swim or ski in comfort.





Location

The water park and brewery is less than 500m away. The river is 100m behind the house. Bright's restaurants, cafes and shops are a short stroll.





Cyclist friendly

Your own lockable bike workshop and storage - complete with bike stand and track pump. We even supply some bikes you are welcome to use.

We had a cracking weekend at Bright 29 with 8 adult guests. It's a stones throw away from town. The bed and bathroom facilities were extremely comfortable and the it truly felt like home, especially with the wood fire! Couldn't recommend Bright 29 more to any groups or larger families looking for accomodation in Bright.

  • What amenities are included at Bright 29?

    Both properties come fully equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, kitchens with modern appliances, private outdoor spaces, and comfortable living areas. Villa Solara also features a private pool, while Casa di Limoni has a charming garden and outdoor dining area.

  • How far are the properties from the township?

    Bright 29 is an easy 5-minute walk to the Splash Park, coffee shops, resturants  and Bright Brewery.

  • Is parking available at the properties?

    Yes, the driveway can fit multiple cars and parking is available at the front of the property.

  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Can I bring my pet?

    No. Out of consideration of all guests we have a no-pet policy. This ensures the house is beautifully clean for all guests on arrival.
