CANCELLATION

We understand things happen and you may need to make a change. This is why we offer a full refund with more than 7 days notice. Should you cancel within 1 week of your arrival, we will do our best to rebook the property and refund you the amount that we are able to book for. In other words, if you are booked for 7 nights and we can rebook the house for 6 nights, we will refund you 6 nights.

CHECK OUT

Check-out time is 10:00am.

Thank you for following this pre-departure check-list:

• Clean out fridge and freezer
• Wash & dry all dishes (can leave them in the dishwasher)
• Take out the garbage (red lid) and recycling (yellow lid)
• Clean BBQ if you have used it
• Check bedrooms and living areas to ensure nothing is left behind
• Lock glass sliding door and cottage.
• Ensure roller door is down.
• Return seating to original position.
• Leave keys on kitchen console table.
• Ensure lights and split systems are switched off.

NO SMOKING

Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.

NO PETS

Pets are not allowed. There is a kennel in Porepunkah should you need one.

NO DISRUPTIVE PARTIES

We want you to relax and have fun, but please be respectful of our neighbours. Disruptive parties will not be tolerated.

REPORT DAMAGE

We understand that accidents can happen and take a pragmatic approach. Guests are responsible for paying for any damages they cause. Please take photos of the damage and notify us immediately at hello@bright29.com.au so we can work with you to rectify the situation
